AutoPay

Set up automatic payment withdrawal from your bank through direct debit by calling (253) 502-8608.

In person

Stop by the Public Utilities Administration Building located at 3628 S 35th St. in Tacoma and pay by cash, check, credit card or money order from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Service +

Pay by Visa or Mastercard over our Service+ line at (253) 502-8608. Have the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number handy.
