Mossyrock Park
Tacoma Power’s Mossyrock Park is a family-friendly getaway with access to Riffe Lake (formed by Mossyrock Dam) in Lewis County. Our dams generate clean, renewable hydropower.

- Please note that during hot weather or high demand for electricity in the park, electrical service may be disrupted or unavailable.
- The park has a new concessionaire: Visit Nisser’s Snack Shack for hand-dipped cones, real milkshakes, pizza, candy, beverages, snacks, firewood, ice, and more. The Snack Shack is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. through at least Sept. 12.

There is a $10 day-use parking fee charged on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Enjoy free day-use parking on other days. When day-use parking is full, additional visitors will be turned away until parking spaces become available.

From Tacoma, take Interstate 5 south to Highway 12 East (Exit 68). Drive east on Highway 12 for approximately 21 miles. Turn right on Williams Street (flashing yellow light). Continue several blocks on Williams Street to a “T” intersection in the town of Mossyrock. Turn left onto State Street. Outside of town, State Street becomes Mossyrock Road East and then Ajlune Road. Ajlune Road leads into the park.
